Welcome spring and welcome to our first auction for 2021! We have a fabulous auction to bring to you full of wonderful finds. You will not want to miss this one. There is something for everyone at this sale. Tools of all kinds, hand tools, power tools, large power tools and more. Anything you need in the shop is probably here. Antiques and collectibles galore. Antique safe and cash register, indoor oil lanterns and outdoor lanterns. Farm equipment, engines, metal, trailers, antique tractors, old canon, guns, ammo, building supplies, antique clocks, antique snow shoes, taxidermy and the list just goes on and on! We will be posting pictures each week as we unearth our finds and get them out to their display area. Please check back regularly. We are posting the address, however, thank you in advance for not stopping by until Thursday, April 8. This is a private drive and there are other residents who live on this road and we do not want to upset them. Auction location is 232 Flat Water Lane, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864. (This is off Hwy 2 near the Wrenco Loop area.)
Preview and register is Thursday, April 8, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Auction will run three consecutive days April 9-11, with the doors opening at 9 a.m. and the auction beginning at 10 a.m. going until 5 p.m.
Come prepared to purchase and haul your winning bids away each day. We cannot hold items overnight as our client is still living on the property and does not want to be responsible for things sold. There is a 15% buyers premium and cash, credit or check (with prior approval) will be accepted. A food vendor will be onsite. If you are coming from out of town there is lodging in Sandpoint, Idaho which is about a 15 minute drive from the auction location. Multiple hotels are in the area such as Best Western, Ruby, La Quinta, Fairbridge etc. and many Airbnb rentals.
